Shortcuts
* CTRL + mouse wheel up / down over input textbox: Change the font of the text box.
* F9: Open Gmail to send an e-mail to a friend
* F11: Start a conversation with a friend
* F12: Stop the current call
* ESC: Close the current window
* ALT + ESC: Minimize the current window
* TAB: Switch between multiple chat windows
* Ctrl + I: How TAB
* SHIFT + TAB: the same card but in reverse order
* CTRL + TAB: Same as SHIFT + TAB
* Windows + ESC: Open Google Talk (if it is minimized or in tray)
Text chat
* A message can be 32,767 characters.
* Certain smileys are recognized by Google Talk and will be shown in blue.

Conversation window
* Drag a conversation window on top of each other and dock together.
* Drag a file to the chat history and send the file to the selected contact.
* When you receive a notification message, you can right click to close it without focusing the conversation window.
Conference Calls
* What should you do to have conference calls: Open a copy of Google Talk on all computers you want in the conference. After a copy is open to a new shortcut for Google Talk, but at the end of nomutex / add. If you installed in the default folder then your shortcut should be "C: \ Program Files \ Google Talk \ Google \ googletalk.exe" / nomutex. Open two instances of the software on each user's computer. Nickname & Status Message

or change the nickname need to access your Gmail account and change the name. Choose your settings, account information and then click Edit. Click the second radio button and type the custom name.
In response to your e-mail will be Nick and there is no way to separate the two.
* You can create a site with your personal message to be added, it will be clickable when someone opens a conversation window with you.
Contact
* Do not say yes or no, if someone wants to add as a friend, you can simply ignore the request will disappear. (On the other hand, someone to chat often will automatically be your friend, unless you do this).

Audio & Video

Secret Startup Parameters
